During the ‘Quality Wins 618・Growth Strategy Launch Conference’, Alibaba Mamarolled out a series of fresh strategies for the Tmall 618 ShopPing festival.It will utilize three key AI advantages and distribute 3 billion RMB in redenvelopes and other incentives. The goal is to boost brand market performanceand implement the ‘support for excellent and new brands’ strategy.

Alibaba Mama plans to apply its advanced AIGX capabilities to enhancemarketing efficiency comprehensively. It will also launch the ‘cultivate andseARCh integration’ strategy. This new approach will strengthen the lINKbetween product promotion and search traffic, bringing higher exposure andconversion rates to merchants during the 618 EVEnt.

The ‘abnormal instant refund order refund policy’ introduced at the start ofthe year now covers all merchants. By using AI technology to identify andintercept instant – refund users, this policy reduces the refund rate. Afteradopting the net transaction capability, the refund rate of advertisingcampaigns has dropped by 18%. It’s set to be fully launched in May to helpmerchants cut losses.

In the first quarter of 2025, Alibaba Mama invested over 1 billion RMB tosupport excellent merchants. Through this diVerse support, it aims to helpmore brands thrive in the competitive market and achieve better development.
