At Lenovo’s FY25/26 fiscal year kickoff meeting in Beijing, Liu Jun, LenovoGroup’s Executive Vice President and President of China, officially introducedthree novel AI service brands: Lenovo Qingtong, Lenovo Baiying, andXiangbangbang. This move signals Lenovo’s comprehensive entry into the AIservice domain, catering to three major market segments: government andenterprise, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and consumers.
Lenovo Qingtong, designed for government and enterprise clients, showcasesfour key solutions: the intelligent body matrix, xCloud intelligent cloud,full-lifecycle AI services, and ESG. In MARCh this year, Lenovo forgedstrategic alliances with the Wuyi Mountain and Yichang municipal governmentsto construct the world’s initial batch of city super-intelligent bodies, withthe goal of elevating smart cities to the 4.0 phase.
Xiangbangbang, targeting consumers, will deliver AaaS (Agent as a service)across diVerse brands, devices, and Scenarios. As for SMEs, Lenovo launchedLenovo Baiying intelligent body last November. Operating under the AaaS model,Lenovo Baiying zeroes in on the core requirements of SMEs in IT operations andmaintenance, AI office applications, and AI marketing, striving to emerge as aleading brand in AI services for this sector. The concurrent debut of thesethree AI service brands manifests Lenovo’s strategic planning and firm resolvein the AI era.
